Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a preset or LUT pack has been purchased and the download link has been accessed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the rare case of:

• Accidental duplicate purchases (must be reported within 24 hours)

• Technical issues that prevent download and cannot be resolved
